服务条款

1. 协议主体与接受 / Parties and acceptance

中文：本服务条款由 AI-Tizi 服务运营主体（下称“服务方”）与使用 AI-Tizi 客户端、网站、节点、套餐及相关服务的个人或组织（下称“用户”）订立。注册、勾选同意、购买套餐、安装客户端或继续使用服务，均表示用户已阅读、理解并同意本条款及通过引用纳入的隐私政策、订单规则和产品说明。代表组织使用服务的，应确认其拥有充分授权。

English: These Terms of Service are entered into between the AI-Tizi service operator (the “Provider”) and the individual or organization using the AI-Tizi client, website, nodes, plans, or related services (the “User”). Registration, checking an acceptance box, purchasing a plan, installing the client, or continuing to use the service means that the User has read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Notice, order rules, and product documentation incorporated by reference. A person acting for an organization represents that they have authority to bind it.

2. 账户与安全 / Account and security

中文：用户应提供真实、准确、完整且持续有效的注册信息，并及时更新。账户凭据、设备授权、验证码和会话令牌应由用户妥善保管；因用户泄露、转让、共享或未采取合理安全措施导致的活动，由用户承担责任。发现未经授权的访问、支付或设备绑定时，应立即通过官方支持渠道通知服务方。服务方可为防止欺诈、保护账户或遵守法律，要求重新验证身份。

English: The User must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and keep it updated. Credentials, device authorizations, verification codes, and session tokens must be protected. The User is responsible for activity caused by disclosure, transfer, sharing, or a failure to take reasonable security measures. The User must promptly notify the Provider through an official support channel of unauthorized access, payment, or device enrollment. The Provider may require re-verification to prevent fraud, protect an account, or comply with law.

3. 服务范围与变更 / Service scope and changes

中文：服务可能包括账户管理、节点选择、连接计划、流量统计、设备管理、分流策略、通知和套餐相关功能。具体套餐的流量额度、有效期、设备数、协议、地区、速度限制、结算方式和价格，以购买页面及订单确认为准。服务方可因安全、维护、法律、供应商变化或产品升级调整功能、节点、客户端和服务规则；对已付款且尚未履行的核心服务，服务方将按照适用法律和订单规则提供合理处理。

English: The service may include account management, node selection, connection plans, traffic statistics, device management, routing policies, notifications, and plan features. A plan’s traffic allowance, validity, device limit, protocols, regions, speed limits, metering method, and price are those confirmed on the purchase page and order. The Provider may change features, nodes, clients, or rules for security, maintenance, legal, supplier, or product reasons. For material prepaid service not yet delivered, the Provider will provide an appropriate remedy required by applicable law and the order rules.

4. 套餐、计费与自动续费 / Plans, billing, and renewal

中文：购买前用户应核对套餐内容、价格、税费、有效期和适用限制。订单提交并完成支付后，服务方可按订单开通服务。除购买页面明确说明外，套餐不自动续费、不兑换现金、不转让；如启用自动续费，用户可在订单或账户页面按说明关闭。支付服务由服务方或合规支付服务商处理，支付失败、退款、拒付和税费按订单页面及适用法律处理。

English: Before purchase, the User must review the plan features, price, taxes, validity period, and restrictions. The Provider may activate a plan after an order is submitted and payment is confirmed. Unless the purchase page expressly says otherwise, plans do not auto-renew, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. If auto-renewal is enabled, it may be disabled as described on the order or account page. Payments may be processed by the Provider or a compliant payment processor; payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes are handled under the order page and applicable law.

5. 退款、取消与消费者权利 / Refunds, cancellation, and consumer rights

中文：用户可依购买页面、订单规则及适用消费者保护法申请取消或退款。服务方不得通过本条款排除或限制法律规定的不可放弃权利。对于尚未提供、重复扣款、未经授权的交易或服务方原因导致的重大无法使用，服务方将依适用法律和订单规则处理。已实际使用的服务、促销套餐、数字内容或跨境交易可能受特别规则限制，具体以购买前显著展示的规则为准。

English: The User may request cancellation or a refund under the purchase page, order rules, and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits non-waivable statutory rights. The Provider will handle undelivered service, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or material unavailability caused by the Provider as required by law and the order rules. Used services, promotional plans, digital content, or cross-border transactions may be subject to special rules that are clearly shown before purchase.

6. 可接受使用与禁止行为 / Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

中文：用户不得利用服务从事违法、欺诈、侵害他人权益、未经授权访问、恶意扫描、攻击、传播恶意代码、滥发信息、侵犯知识产权、规避技术保护、干扰节点或支付系统、出租转售账户、共享凭据、绕过套餐限制，或使服务承担异常风险的行为。用户不得将服务用于违反其所在地、目标服务器所在地或网络运营商适用法律的活动。

English: The User must not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity; unauthorized access; malicious scanning, attacks, or code distribution; spam; infringement of intellectual property; circumvention of technical protections; interference with nodes or payment systems; account rental or resale; credential sharing; bypassing plan limits; or conduct creating unreasonable risk to the service. The User must not use the service for activity that violates applicable law in the User’s location, the destination server’s location, or the relevant network provider’s jurisdiction.

7. 软件许可与知识产权 / Software license and intellectual property

中文：在用户遵守本条款并处于有效授权期间内，服务方授予用户一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让、不可分许可、可撤销的许可，仅用于个人或组织内部使用服务。除法律允许或服务方书面许可外，用户不得复制、修改、反向工程、反编译、拆解、出租、出售、再许可、抓取或创建衍生作品。客户端、商标、界面、文档、配置、服务数据和相关知识产权归服务方或其许可方所有。

English: While the User complies with these Terms and has a valid authorization, the Provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal organizational purposes. Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, the User may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, sell, sublicense, scrape, or create derivative works. The client, marks, interface, documentation, configurations, service data, and related intellectual property belong to the Provider or its licensors.

8. 可用性、节点与网络限制 / Availability, nodes, and network limits

中文：网络服务受互联网、运营商、节点地区、设备、协议、DNS、系统更新和第三方基础设施影响，服务方不保证持续、无错误、无延迟或在所有地区可用。服务方可临时暂停、迁移、限制或下线节点以进行维护、安全处置或合规响应。套餐流量、速度、并发、设备数量和结算以订单及客户端显示为准；测速和统计结果仅供参考。

English: Network service is affected by the Internet, network providers, node regions, devices, protocols, DNS, system updates, and third-party infrastructure. The Provider does not promise continuous, error-free, latency-free, or universal availability. Nodes may be paused, migrated, limited, or retired for maintenance, security, or compliance. Traffic, speed, concurrency, device limits, and metering are those shown in the order and client; tests and statistics are informational only.

9. 第三方服务与开源组件 / Third-party services and open source

中文：服务可能依赖支付、邮件、云基础设施、操作系统、节点运营商和开源组件。第三方服务受其自身条款和隐私政策约束，服务方对第三方独立行为不承担超出法律要求的责任。开源组件按其适用许可证提供；本条款不限制用户依法享有的开源许可证权利。

English: The service may rely on payment, email, cloud infrastructure, operating-system, node-operator, and open-source components. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices, and the Provider is not responsible for independent third-party conduct beyond what the law requires. Open-source components are provided under their applicable licenses; these Terms do not limit rights granted by those licenses.

10. 暂停、终止与数据处理 / Suspension, termination, and data handling

中文：用户可停止使用并按订单规则申请取消。服务方可在用户违反条款、存在安全或欺诈风险、欠费、法律要求或服务终止时暂停或终止全部或部分服务，并在法律允许范围内通知用户。终止不影响终止前已产生的付款、保密、知识产权、责任限制、争议解决和数据保存义务。服务方将依隐私政策和适用法律删除、匿名化或保留必要数据。

English: The User may stop using the service and request cancellation under the order rules. The Provider may suspend or terminate all or part of the service for a breach, security or fraud risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or service discontinuation, with notice where legally permitted. Termination does not affect accrued payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, liability, dispute, or required data-retention obligations. Data will be deleted, anonymized, or retained as required by the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

11. 责任限制与赔偿 / Liability and indemnity

中文：在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供。服务方不对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，利润或数据损失，或因用户设备、网络、第三方服务、违法使用造成的损失承担责任。服务方对同一事件的累计责任不超过用户在该事件发生前十二个月内就相关服务实际支付的金额；法律不得限制的责任、欺诈、故意不当行为、人身损害及消费者不可放弃权利不受本限制影响。

English: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profit or data; or loss caused by the User’s device, network, third-party services, or unlawful use. The Provider’s aggregate liability for an event is capped at the amount actually paid for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event. Non-limitable liability, fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, and non-waivable consumer rights are unaffected.

12. 更新、适用法律与联系 / Updates, law, and contact

中文：服务方可更新本条款，并在客户端、网站或订单页面公布新版本；重大变更将以适当方式提示。继续使用服务表示接受更新内容；如不同意，应停止使用并按订单规则处理未履行服务。适用法律和争议解决地以订单页面或服务方官方站点公布的信息为准，同时尊重用户所在地强制性消费者保护规则。服务问题、退款和协议请求应通过客户端或官方站点公布的支持渠道提交。

English: The Provider may update these Terms by publishing a new version in the client, website, or order page and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use means acceptance of the update; if the User disagrees, the User should stop using the service and follow the order rules for undelivered service. Governing law and forum are those shown on the order page or official website, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the User’s jurisdiction. Service, refund, and agreement requests should be submitted through the support channel published in the client or official website.

隐私政策

1. 处理者与范围 / Controller and scope

中文：本隐私政策说明 AI-Tizi 服务运营主体如何处理与账户、订阅、客户端、连接节点和客户支持有关的个人信息。处理者名称、注册地址和联系方式以注册/订单页面及官方站点公布的信息为准。本政策适用于客户端、网站、账户、订单和相关支持服务。

English: This Privacy Notice explains how the AI-Tizi service operator processes personal information relating to accounts, subscriptions, the client, connection nodes, and support. The controller’s name, registered address, and contact details are those shown on the registration/order page and official website. This Notice applies to the client, website, account, orders, and related support services.

2. 我们处理的信息 / Information we process

中文：根据实际功能，我们可能处理：邮箱、密码哈希、昵称、语言、时区、地区；设备标识、平台、版本、登录和授权状态；套餐、订单、支付状态和退款记录；节点、连接计划、流量额度、使用量、错误和安全日志；访问历史或连接元数据（例如时间、目标地址、协议、出口方式和上下行字节数），仅在客户端功能启用、节点上报或排障所需时处理。除非另有明确告知，我们不以访问历史功能为目的读取用户通信内容。

English: Depending on the feature, we may process email, password hashes, nickname, language, time zone, and region; device identifiers, platform, version, login and authorization status; plan, order, payment status, and refund records; node, connection-plan, quota, usage, error, and security logs; and access-history or connection metadata such as time, destination, protocol, egress, and byte counts when enabled by the client, reported by a node, or needed for troubleshooting. Unless expressly disclosed, we do not read communications content for the access-history feature.

3. 目的与依据 / Purposes and legal bases

中文：我们为创建和保护账户、提供连接和套餐、计量结算、处理支付退款、同步设备、提供客户支持、防止欺诈和滥用、保障网络安全、改进可靠性、履行法律义务及处理争议而使用信息。适用时，处理依据包括履行合同、取得同意、履行法定义务、保护安全和合法利益；营销信息仅在用户选择同意时发送，并可随时退订。

English: We use information to create and secure accounts; provide connections and plans; meter usage; process payments and refunds; synchronize devices; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; protect network security; improve reliability; comply with law; and resolve disputes. Where applicable, bases include contract performance, consent, legal obligations, security, and legitimate interests. Marketing messages are sent only when the User opts in and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

4. 本地存储与访问历史 / Local storage and access history

中文：客户端可能在设备本地保存登录状态、偏好、分流策略、窗口设置、缓存和访问历史。用户可在客户端关闭访问历史记录（如提供该设置），并可通过系统设置清除应用数据。删除本地数据不会自动删除服务方已依法保存的账户、订单、审计或结算记录。

English: The client may store session state, preferences, routing policies, window settings, cache, and access history locally on the device. The User may disable access-history logging where the client provides that setting and may clear app data through system settings. Clearing local data does not automatically delete account, order, audit, or metering records that the Provider must lawfully retain.

5. 共享、委托与跨境 / Sharing, processors, and transfers

中文：我们仅在提供服务所必要、取得授权、履行法律义务或保护安全时共享信息。接收方可能包括支付、邮件、云基础设施、身份验证、客服和节点运营服务商；服务方要求其按合同和适用法律处理信息。若发生跨境传输，我们将根据适用法律履行告知、同意、评估、合同或其他保护义务。我们不出售个人信息。

English: We share information only when necessary to provide the service, authorized, legally required, or needed for security. Recipients may include payment, email, cloud-infrastructure, authentication, support, and node-operation providers, which must process information under contract and applicable law. For cross-border transfers, we use the notice, consent, assessment, contractual, or other safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

6. 保存期限 / Retention

中文：我们按实现处理目的所需及适用法律要求保存信息。账户和订单信息通常在账户存续及法定保存期内保留；安全、审计、支付和争议记录可能保存更久。达到期限后，我们将删除、匿名化或安全隔离；备份中的数据会在正常轮换周期内清除。

English: We retain information for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and as required by law. Account and order information is generally retained during the account relationship and the applicable statutory period; security, audit, payment, and dispute records may be retained longer. After the period ends, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated; backups are removed through normal rotation.

7. 安全措施 / Security

中文：服务方采取访问控制、最小权限、传输加密、凭据保护、日志审计、备份和事件响应等合理措施。任何互联网系统都不能保证绝对安全；如发生依法需要通知的事件，我们将按适用法律通知相关人员和主管机关。用户应使用强密码、保护设备并及时报告异常。

English: The Provider uses reasonable measures such as access control, least privilege, encryption in transit, credential protection, audit logging, backups, and incident response. No Internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Where an incident requires notice, we will notify affected persons and authorities as required by law. The User should use a strong password, protect devices, and report anomalies promptly.

8. 用户权利 / Your rights

中文：在适用法律范围内，用户可请求查阅、复制、更正、删除、限制或反对处理个人信息，撤回基于同意的授权，获取可携带数据，并对自动化处理提出异议。部分请求可能需要验证身份；法律要求保存、他人权益、安全或技术限制可能影响请求。用户可通过客户端或官方站点支持渠道提交请求，并可向有管辖权的数据保护或消费者主管机关投诉。

English: Subject to applicable law, the User may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; request portability; and object to automated processing. Identity verification may be required. Legal retention duties, other persons’ rights, security, or technical limits may affect a request. Requests may be submitted through the support channel in the client or official website, and complaints may be made to a competent data-protection or consumer authority.

9. 未成年人 / Children

中文：服务面向具备相应民事行为能力的用户。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用；如我们发现未经适当同意收集了未成年人信息，将依法采取删除或其他必要措施。

English: The service is intended for users with the legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision. If we learn that a minor’s information was collected without appropriate consent, we will take deletion or other required measures.

10. 更新与联系 / Updates and contact

中文：我们会在客户端或官方站点发布隐私政策更新，并在重大变更时提供适当提示。更新后的版本自公布之日起生效，除非另有说明。关于个人信息的请求、投诉和安全报告，请通过客户端或官方站点公布的支持渠道联系服务方。

English: We publish Privacy Notice updates in the client or official website and provide appropriate notice of material changes. The updated version takes effect on publication unless stated otherwise. Privacy requests, complaints, and security reports should be sent through the support channel published in the client or official website.
